Shipping Policy
We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. Piccu's insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You may be asked to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.
Delivery Charges
Fixed Delivery Charges Rs. 29 up to order amount 599/- Rs.
Any order above 600/- Rs. will be delivered Free across India (Domestic Shipping).
Delivery Charges for International shipments will be calculated as per actual (by the shipping service)
Additional Charges
There are no additional charges. The total payable amount is indicated on the individual items.
Delivery time
This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavor to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays) for all Domestic Shipments. International Shipments will be delivered between 15-20 Days time (depending on location and shipping service available).

Return & Exchange
Assurance
We make every effort to ensure that shipment arrives safely; however, weather or unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break. If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so we can make a claim and will get replacement product shipped as soon as we can. Meanwhile please do not use or hamper the product. It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Piccu's product.

Return Window
You need to return the product within 2 days from the date of delivery.
You may be asked to send your item to: Piccu's, 308, Block B, Loknath Enclave, Shree Vihar, Chandrashekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, 751024 or any other locations in India. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will then issue a Exchange/Refund post verification of the product at our warehouse.

Please do not send your shipment back to us without authorization via Phone or WhatsApp or Email.

Exchange shall be shipped in next 2-3 days after receiving of the order in good condition. Shipping charges for both to and fro has to be bourn by the buyer.

Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account post processing the cancellation request if order is cancelled before the shipment or after products are received back and verified at our warehouse if product is returned.
For all cash on delivery transactions, refunds shall be made through account transfer as per the details shared by you. Discounted items are not eligible for a return. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Partial Refund: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged at the time of arrival. Please make a full video of the unpacking of the parcel.
Conditions for Returns: In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that-

The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days and they are in the original packaging.

Piccu's will bear the cost of return in case incorrect/damaged or defective product has been sent.

Customer has to bear the actual cost of returning the product if the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item. Shipment by the customer can be sent to Piccu's through both India post or private Courier.

Refund will be issued to only unused products. Refund will be issued after verification.

No restoking fee will be charged.
